1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the iS&T Policy Dashboard (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

I&S SOOM Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content to the Service, you grant I&S SOOM Technology a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute it in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

13. Termination

I&S SOOM Technology may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach any of the terms of this agreement.

I&S SOOM Technology reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time. I&S SOOM Technology shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be binding on both parties.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and I&S SOOM Technology regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
